ECHA and EMA are connected via NegarTime and diarienumbers created in Sweden.

Kemikalieinspektionen for the first time write the reality about how the swedish municipalities work. They never act about abything in Sweden if EU has not given the call to action. This time I wrote to Finland ECHA because of the missleading manner that was stpping all my activities during so many years from Sweden. This time I have hope and confidence about the change I am going to see. ECHA is connected by me when Klimat och Näringslivsdepartementet wrote to Kemi.se and gave direction to help me. I saw for the first time that ECHA is the European leader in chemistry. After creating that connection they will briefly write back to support me. I have also found some answere from ECHA giving advice to connect to EMA.
